BP999 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to BP999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and BP999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BP999 website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, fish games and any promotional offers.

BP999 operates as an online entertainment platform providing betting and gaming services to players in Pakistan. All transactions are carried out in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By accessing the BP999 platform, registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the BP999 platform. BP999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use BP999 you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BP999 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18. Age verification may be requested at any stage.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name and a valid contact method.
• You are permitted to hold only one BP999 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on BP999 or have been permanently banned from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BP999 login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify BP999 support immediately. BP999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not followed by the account holder.

Verification

BP999 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. This is a standard process to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on BP999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• BP999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallet services supported on the platform at any given time.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of your BP999 account and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your BP999 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. BP999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• BP999 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means. Any suspected fraudulent deposits will result in account suspension and may be reported appropriately.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a standard security measure.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method and account status.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank.
• BP999 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
• Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, fish games and other gaming activities on BP999:

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. BP999 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where the cash-out feature is available and the player chooses to use it.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• BP999 reserves the right to void a bet at any time if there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds being published, suspicious betting activity or a violation of these Terms.
• Winnings from voided bets are reversed and the original stake is returned to the player's account.
• The maximum payout per bet or per event may be capped. Maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant market or in the bet slip before confirmation.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

• For cricket matches affected by weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are treated as official results for settlement purposes.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, all match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler, etc.) are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board.
• In-play markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments such as wickets, reviews or interruptions. Any bets placed before a suspension are valid.

Live Casino Rules

• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as explained within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, BP999 will settle the round based on the game state at the point of disconnection where a clear outcome exists.
• Players are expected to behave respectfully in live casino chat functions. Abusive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour may result in account suspension.

Fish Games Rules

• Fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results cannot be influenced by the platform or by other players.
• Credits won in fish games are credited to your main BP999 balance and can be withdrawn subject to any applicable wagering requirements from active bonuses.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

BP999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your BP999 account in the form of bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• BP999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in will be permitted to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting to guarantee returns or any form of bonus arbitrage, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• VIP rewards are governed by a separate VIP programme terms document available within the account settings section of BP999.

6 Responsible Gaming

BP999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Betting and gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming principles apply to all players on BP999:

• BP999 is strictly an adult platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
• You should set a personal PKR budget before each betting session and stick to it regardless of the outcome of your bets.
• BP999 provides account tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account settings page.
• If you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control, use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your session budget, stop playing and return another time with a fresh budget.
• Do not use betting as a way to resolve financial difficulties. Betting outcomes are uncertain and cannot be relied upon as a source of income.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

BP999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including collusion, match fixing, use of automated betting software or bots, or manipulation of platform systems.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards BP999 staff or other users.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus systems.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, BP999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, BP999 reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance. Where no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

If you wish to voluntarily close your BP999 account, please contact the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, BP999 limits its liability as follows:

• BP999 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform, even if BP999 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• BP999 is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions or errors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime or device-level issues on the player's end.
• BP999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
• BP999's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• BP999 is not liable for any decisions made by a player based on information or content displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or commentary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BP999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the BP999 platform — including but not limited to the BP999 name, logo, design, graphics, text, software and game content — is the property of BP999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any BP999 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use BP999's name, logo or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written approval.
• Screen scraping, data mining or any automated extraction of data from the BP999 platform is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy and Data

BP999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the BP999 platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• BP999 collects registration information, transaction data and usage data to operate the platform and provide support.
• BP999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Payment data is handled securely and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable payment providers.

11 Amendments to These Terms

BP999 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
